- Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (Ceylon cinnamon recommended)
- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for metabolism boost)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for taste)
- 2 cups filtered water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Brew the green tea and let it cool to room temperature.
2️⃣ In a glass, mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger.
3️⃣ Add the cooled green tea and a pinch of cayenne pepper (if using).
4️⃣ Stir well and add ice cubes for a refreshing taste.
5️⃣ Drink 30 minutes before meals for best results!

✔️ For a caffeine-free version, replace green tea with chamomile tea.
✔️ For a stronger detox effect, add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
✔️ If you have acid reflux, reduce apple cider vinegar to ½ tablespoon.
