- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
- 2 tbsp maraschino cherry syrup
- 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the heavy cream and whole milk until combined.
- Fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry syrup.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Place the container in the Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
- After spinning, add crushed graham crackers and respin for texture.
- Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the base.
- For additional flavor, swirl in cherry compote or chocolate ganache before serving.
