Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp maraschino cherry syrup
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually stir in the heavy cream and whole milk until combined.
  • Fold in the chopped maraschino cherries and cherry syrup.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Place the container in the Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
  • After spinning, add crushed graham crackers and respin for texture.
