    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Cheesecake Layer:
    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the Ice Cream Base:
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownie Layer: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the brownie cool completely before proceeding.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • Add a swirl of chocolate or caramel sauce to the ice cream base for an extra decadent touch.
  • Top with chopped peanuts or chocolate chips for added crunch.
  • Use store-bought brownies or cheesecake for a quicker and easier version.
